We want you to love your travel gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a small processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place your unused items back in their original CALPAK packaging, ensuring all tags and protective liners are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days of arrival.
